How do I book?To book or get a quote fill out a form on our website, you will need to itemise in the description box the equipment or services you require. If you don’t know what you want then let us know and we can help & often phone you! We can take up to 3 days to reply however so if you need to chase use up, send another booking or text, Facebook, Instagram or call and we’ll get onto it! Don’t hear back from us? Chase it up after 3 days please!

Where is the pickup?Our team will send you our address and a code to access our DIY Pick Up Area. We are located in Riccarton, Christchurch

When can I collect the equipment?You will be able to collect your hire at any point during your booked hire period

When do I return the equipment?Please return your equipment to the same location you picked up using your unique access code. Equipment must be returned by the end of your hire period - we reserve the right to charge a late return fee if gear is dropped back late.

What is the payment policy?Payment must be made in FULL prior to your collection via online banking only. Your booking is confirmed when either you have paid a 20% deposit or the full amount. Note: 20% of the full payment Is a non-refundable deposit. Should you cancel for any reason 20% of the full amount is forfeited to Party Hire.
